Paleface Ranch
A Gorgeous Piece of Texas

Paleface Ranch subdivision sits on the Pedernales River arm of Lake Travis in Spicewood, Texas. A gated community with multi-acre lots, private river access, and wildlife roaming freely, it retains the quiet beauty of the Texas Hill Country while enjoying the convenience of being just 15 minutes west of the city of Bee Cave.

Up until the early 1990’s, Paleface Ranch was a working cattle ranch, home to the development of the Red Brangus breed. In 1994 the first of four auctions was held to sell off the ranch in 2-5 acre parcels.

Today, nearly all of the lots are built out. The landscape boasts mature native Texas Mesquite, Live Oak, Cedar Elm, Post Oak, Persimmon and Cedar trees. The wildlife populations are thriving – deer, road runner, jack rabbit, gray fox, snakes of many stripes, ringtail cat, opossum, racoon, squirrel, wild hog and many species of bird.
